Privacy notice
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This Privacy Notice describes how Jain Management LLC and its affiliates (together, “Jain Hotels,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through the website located at jainhotels.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this notice.
This notice applies only to the Site. It does not cover hotel reservations, stays or loyalty programs, which are governed by the privacy policies of the applicable hotel brand (for example, Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt or Wyndham), or the websites of our apartment communities and affiliated companies, which have their own policies.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or institution, title or role, the type of inquiry, details about a property, opportunity, service area or financing interest, any links you share, the content of your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Site, protect it against abuse and diagnose problems.
Spam and security checks. Our inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated programs. Turnstile evaluates signals from your browser and device and does not use cookies for advertising.
Fonts. The Site's typefaces are served from our own website; your browser does not contact a third-party font service when a page loads.
Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to measure overall traffic, it will not be used to identify you or to build advertising profiles.
Information we do not request. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or card numbers, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Our forms are not designed to receive it.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate member of our team;
- To evaluate and pursue potential business relationships, including investment, financing, acquisition, development and vendor relationships;
- To keep records of our communications and business relationships;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site, and to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents;
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental requests, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not use information submitted through the Site for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including website hosting and security (Cloudflare) and customer-relationship management (HubSpot);
- Affiliates under common ownership or control with Jain Management LLC, for the purposes described in this notice;
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, under duties of confidentiality;
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Jain Hotels, our users or others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
4. Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to maintain any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. We then delete or de-identify it. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept for limited periods under that provider’s retention practices.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to inquiry records and protection of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have submitted through the Site, or to stop contacting you, using the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain processing. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will verify requests as required by law and respond within the time the law requires. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where the law permits, with proof of authorization.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, no opt-out is needed for those purposes. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. The Site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Marketing. We do not add people who submit inquiries to marketing email lists without their consent. You can opt out of any marketing communication at any time.
7. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Location of processing
The Site is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
9. Third-party websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including hotel brand sites, apartment community sites and the sites of affiliated companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
